What's up with their IT problem? I have a very hard time getting on and sometimes using their website period. Don't even get me started on the CAT? Anyone else have problem or just me?

Additionally, there is a support phone number listed in the footer of your course. Our business hours are 9am-7pm EDT Monday-Thursday and 9am-6pm EDT Friday-Sunday. If you call when we're not here, we'll be sure to call you back the following morning.

You should also always reference the tech-check page (knewton.com/tech-check) to make sure the problem isn't occurring on your end. This is a great first step for you to see if there is anything you can do to optimize your experience.
