Some people are telling me that if I want to apply to 10 business schools, I must send my GMAT scores to each of these 10 schools via GMAC. Is it true?

Is it true that if I simply attach my "official" score report (which GMAC is gonna email to me) with my applications, the schools will reject my GMAT score because it didn't come through GMAC?

All top schools will only accept GMAT scores sent directly from GMAC. There's no exception to this (which is unfortunate, because GMAC of course charges you to send the score reports).
