First: "he" is a personal pronoun subject while "him" is a personal pronoun object. Since "has" must have a subject, we have to use the subject form of the pronoun as the subject of "has"..Katrusya wrote:I chose C also!

Second: If you look at the original sentence carefully, you'll understand that "we want the teacher to be a person with some desired traits" and not "somebody to become the teacher with those same traits."
That's a significant difference in meaning.
