I'm so sorry to hear that!

The investment of our Full Potential Audio product is miniscule when you consider the benefits - - we've seen students improve up to 230 points getting out of their own way with our methods. There is NOTHING like it on the market! When we create it as a subscription service, the price will be lower. Check out the 30 minute sample though - - that has been known to help people!

We also have a $50 audio product : Relax and Focus for Study Enhancement: a 7 exercise program plus one longer relaxation-focus binaural beat track (30 minutes!) Our students automatically get this and it's not been made available to the public yet - - but 'is' available to the BTG tribe for half off: $25 (plus S&H) This offer is good through August 2011.

email me if interested!

When we work one-on-one with a a client, we use a variety of modalities, and if you were our client, we wouldn't 'do' meditation if you didn't find it helpful. We would use other modalities, like hypnosis, guided visualization, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, EFT, EMDR, Sound Therapy, and more. Some of these methods you're in an active state of receiving and doing - - and they require you to sit with closed your eyes, and to listen and respond. Some are more active and physical, some full-on active, focused (like bio-feedback). There are hundreds of things we can do with clients, and if meditition isn't your thing we wouldn't do it.

The audio program has guided exercises, 33+ actually. no traditional 'meditation' on there, but there are a several tracks that guide you through various states.

The issue for you it seems is to identify what you're wanting to accomplish. "Nothing helped'' what? Also it seems like the meditations you chose were too long for you. You can do meditations in a minute. Five minutes. You work yourself up to the ones that 'go on and on' and usually by the time you get there you have benefitted from the head space you get in by meditating, not get a headache.

Tell me a little more about what you're hoping to achieve and I can give you some suggestions on how you may want to proceed.
