answer should be A.
1. f(k+32) = 8 means (k+32) is divided by k and remainder is 8, hence k could be 12. since 12 is the least possible value that yields remainder 8, k > 10 => suff.

2. same principle but here k could be 9 or 12 which means k < 10 or k > 12. so insuff. cross off D
