Hi!

I was done with Quant, Verbal, and IR sections of GMAT Official Prep Exam no. 5 and as I was about to start the AWA section (which is mandatory to finish the exam) an error, ES007, popped up and the screen went back to the official prep homepage. Now, it shows the Continue option. But when I tried to "continue", I get the same error again and again.

Can anyone please help me with the situation? I need to know the scores of that exam so that I can gauge my prep for my upcoming exam on October 24, 2020.

Regards
Revanth

That is so incredibly frustrating, especially right before your exam date! I had the exact same ES007 error happen at the finish line; I found that clearing my browser cookies or switching to a different browser sometimes helps, but you'll likely need to contact their support team to get the score report released.
