I have 740 in GMAT.
I am planning to apply Comlumbia, Wharton, Tuck, NYU, Kellogg(JD-MBA).
Even though those schools do not have minimum TOEFL score, I feel uncomfortable with my TOEFL score 99.
I want to apply for early action term. Do you think that I need to take another shot?
I have 7.5 in IELTS, but those schoold do not accept it.
Please give me an advice..
Do I need to take TOEFL again?

There are a couple of internet sources that address TOEFL scores for MBA programs. The following one is based on the old scoring system, but you can translate that to the iBT with the second link.

Harvard suggests that students with scores below 109 not apply. That would put you out of the pool. That score level seem to track with the older scores noted in the link above. Your IELTS score is much stronger (Again there are internet sources that compare the scores). That leads me to believe that you could improve your TOEFL. The article below may help you understand the differences between the test which could help you direct your study toward improving the TOEFL.

Good luck!
