Chose D, but i guess thats not the OA.

D is the obvious right choice. Some simple number crunching and you can prove it.

I was pretty sure that E is not the choice. Just do some simple arithmetic.
E cant be TRUE. Hence I did a google , and saw the source and the given answer . Its D.

Lastly, my request to all those BTGers who post non-OG/non-GMATPrep questions, at least give the OA correctly. Unnecessarily you make people doubtful fo their capabilities(as in my case when I saw the OA in the post).
