in c & E...it looks like that one specific person is the target, while original meaning is something diff.

I think its A...
For all the options where " a person in United states", it applies to everybody in united states... If I say " A person in United states gets visa to india easily". Here again it applies to all in united states..
Please correct if I am going wrong...
Also OA pls...

It has to be D.
A and B - wrong - usage of that + should
C and E - changing the meaning - how:-
an event will strike one person in US every 26 seconds.
it could mean that:-
a specific even lets say, a shoe..
E ==> a shoe will strike Bush every 26 seconds.
C ==> a shoe will strike Bush once in every 26 seconds.
Also, Researchers have calculated --> must modify time.
so, in D:
..calculated that every 26 seconds, a person in US will experience an event...!

ok lets take E and D...thats where i am stuck
E ==> a shoe will strike Bush every 26 seconds.
D=> every 26 sec bush will be struck by a shoe...
i am unable to understand the diff between E and D,,,
IS IT THAT In d time is modified and thats why it is correct or in E intended meaning is not clear....
