B sounds right.

"it" is wrong in A, D & E! So Eliminate.

"In order" in option C is not required, and does not follow from the the first part. So i chose B.

Eliminate A, D and E as Caribou are plural and the referant IT is incorrect!

C is incorrect becuase meaning is not clear in order to stalk them required exceptional hunting skills does not make sense. I would have picked C if it implied in order to stalk SOMETHING MUST BE DONE and not mention a skill that the Dorset people already possesed.

B is the only one that is clear. Hence B is the answer.
