a(b-c)=0?

other ways in which i can solve this problem?

The key is if you find that b and c are same, then a(b-c) will be 0.

A. b-c = c-b

Nothing but b=c. We don't bother about a and we don't bother whether a,b, and c are integers or fractions.
If b-c = 0 or b=c, then a(b-c) is 0.
Sufficient.

B. b/c = c/b

Again, b=c. a(b-c) is 0. Sufficient.

here q is either a=0 or b-c=0---->b=c
any of the two will do
s1)b-c=c-b--->2b=2c--->b=c......suff

s2)b^2=c^2----->since bth are +ve there fore b=c suff
