stubbornp is correct with the explanations, though I would like to add a simple point
(A) that employers should retain all older workers
Construction is not parallel, should retain or show... conjunctions should have parallel structure...

i understand why E is correct. But this sentence 'requiring that.. '' is not taking this sentence into subjunctive mood??? if so, what's the problem with B? @kiranlegend, B is less preffered here becuse it is a passive construction, I think so. Between I chose B at the first instancekiranlegend wrote:i understand why E is correct. E is parellel but how do we know that we have to choose E which doesnt use that after requiring? where as in B, it suffices both require.. that and subjunctive.. any thoughts??
