Unfortunately it is not possible to review the exam once you hit the "end the exam" button!
When you hit it it is written more or less "are you sure you want to end the exam? You won't be able to view this screen again" !

I recommend you use all 5 of the MGMAT quant guides. Quant is definitely my weakest area, and the MGMAT guides have been hugely helpful.
