Dear,
Majority of the essays remain same. However this is different with business schools in different countries. For instance, USA and Canadian universities change less, but Asia schools like ISB, NUS, NBS, or HKU (UST) usually change majority of their questions.

Dear,
It is alwyas difficult to comment when program has its first batch. In general Ivy is more selective business school then Queens. So, even if you go in-favor of Ivy it is still okay to do that.

Dear,
it is good business school. More know for specialized masters' program then MBA. However,Langauage is something might come in your way. if thats not a problem for you then it is a good option.
It also has to do with your profile as well?

Pamplin is quite better then Hofstra. Do not even think about it, andshould go for Pamplin.

Your GMAT is good, but academics are week,but i feel you can try applying to imperial College - Msc Mangement Program. Also try in SDA Bacconi Msc in International Business.

I beleive Ivy is much betteroption than Queens. Ivy is also quite selective as compare to queen. Thedifference is two year vs one-yearMBA Program well. If thats not a constrain then i will recommmend IVY.
