You should try reading more, your quant score seems fine, but your V score could use some help.
WSJ (Online), The Economist, Financial Times all provide great literature, plus it's interesting to read aswell (you'll learn a lot).

It kind of depends on how fast you read/work. 6 weeks is probably a good source of time: 180hr (including your time off), is a lot of time for preparation! Try to make an excel file with everything you have (study material), take a GMATprep, diagnose weak areas and perfect those according to your st...

The ultimate advice: read.
I've said it before and will do so again: WSJ (online), The Economist, Financial Times, novels (!)
Apart from that, use the LSAT Powerscore bible for CR and MGMAT SC, that will do wonders.

That's possible yes. I've seen people scoring Q48 with 13 wrong answers, it all depends on the mean percentile of the questions you're offered.
Pretty decent score for an initial practice test I say.

I was curious as to how the recruiting procedures are organized at Stanford and how you have experienced them. I've heard there's a lot of elbow work going on during recruiting events for the "traditional" MBA-exits: finance, consulting. Stanford is definately one of the schools I'm target...

The most important thing for someone who isn't familiar with reading a lot and comprehensive language is to get used to it. My advice: subscribe to Wall Street Journal or The Economist. Read the magazine/newspaper THOROUGHLY, make sure you know the essence of each and every story. Try to practice re...

I don't have any full time work experience, but I manage a team of 6, by next year, that will be a team of 20. How can you tell me that I won't have any managerial experience "because I haven't been working full time"? I totally agree that work experience is a plus, but I'm leaning towards...

You have to keep a sharp eye all throughout, that's the hardest part of CR and GMAT as a whole. Usually it's best to disseminate the stem. See what influences what, then go over the Q (again, read well!) and then carefully eliminate answers. At harder difficulties two answers will have probability, ...
