Best advice would be to enroll in 2-3 classes, get As. That should ensure that adcom realizes you are now committed to your studies. Getting 730 on GMAT helps. cheers, Alex

Your goals, and community service type activities are also important. If you are not career switching, then a one year program, like INSEAD, might be a better fit given your length of experience/age. In that regard, you will be a bit of an outlier. cheers, Alex

Sorry for the delay. Frankly your experience looks decent, with nice international experience. The rest of your application is ok, but doesn't really standout. Georgetown might be doable, with good execution, strong recs, focused goals that also make sense for Georgetown. cheers, Alex

Yes, make sure your goals are clear. If you can demonstrate impact at work, and in ECs, you should be in good shape. Get leadership in ECs outside of work, with something about which you are passionate. cheers, Alex

Good experience, nice you returned to east Asia. The weakness appears to be your out of work activities, so the extent to which you can strengthen this area and illustrate real impact, that will help. Apply in round 1 if you can. You are aiming for the best, you will have a shot I think. cheers, Alex

Seek out opportunities, over the next year, to continue to make an impact both at work and in your community. Focus the goals on one path forward, and you should be competitive for M7 (top 7) schools. cheers, Alex
