Hi swalter, I am facing the same problem right now but with different b-schools. I talked with some adcom from those schools and they told me that I could apply with my current GMAT score for R2 (around Jan 12th) and retake the GMAT anytime during January, at the end of the month, and they will take...

Hi everyone, I am reporting back, I took my GMAT today and scored a disappointing 620 (IR 5, Q45, V31). I am not surprised about my Quant score since it has always been my range. Actually I am not surprised about my Verbal either since it is within my range. In my last CAT (GMATPrep 4) I scored 670 ...

There were no headphones available at Test Center
Hi everyone, I am here to write you a complain because today I presented my GMAT exam and just before starting the test the administrator told us: "Pearson VUE has not sent us any headphones and we do not have available, you can reschedule if you want". But I mean, nobody is going to resch...

Hi confused, I am in exactly the same situation as you regarding the GMAT. I took the GMAT today and scored 620 (IR 5, Q45, V31) and I am really disappointed (the same as you were in July). What do you think it is the best material to cover CR and RC, I bought e-gmat SC and I am already strong in th...

What do you think of Grockit?
Hi everyone again, I was playing around with Grockig this weekend and then searched the internet for some reviews or more info. The information I found was actually too old so the reviews may be based on older versions. So, what do you think of this platform? I really liked it and it uses gamificati...

The four RC passages one after another?
Hi my good fellows from BTG, I am a little nervous about my upcoming exam on Dec 9th. I just took a mock CAT today and something weird happened, the 4 RC passages appeared basically one after another (actually there was one CR/SC question between every passage). What are the chances that this occurs...

Hi Rich, my answers to your questions: 1. My mistake, the CAT was 660 (Q48 / V34). I think my goal would be V38, I don't expect to be higher than this. 2. I do not expect to score higher than Q48 because I know my limitations. May be I am stupid, but I have not been able to score more than Q48 in no...

Final advice - GMAT on December 9th '14
Hi everyone, Again me posting, I have been studying for the exam since August and now it is scheduled for Tuesday 9th of December. I picked up this date because Monday 8th is a holiday so I will have enough time to rest. My CAT history has been as follows: 610 (Q47 / V29) 590 (Q42 / V28) - GMATPrep ...

Thank you all Rich, Jessica and Eliza. Just a small feedback: 1. Today I took the GMAT Prep #2 and I am really sad with my score 590 (Yes / 4 / Q42 / V28). I took the test in a very relaxed way treating Quant a little more lightly than normal (a bit unprofessional if you ask me), specially because I...

After 2-months Studying, What to do?
Hi, here is my situation: 1. I started with the basic concepts following the 60-Days study guide following the MGMAT books. Then stopped at the 45 days mark and started doing mocks. I use the OG13 + Verbal Review + Quant Review. 2. My mock CATs scores since then are: Score (AWA / IR / Q / V) - GMATP...

Kaplan CAT Score Interpretation - Inconsistent?
Hi, I just took my third CAT and the score I see seems inconsistent but I am not sure, so I ask for your gentle help. According to my individual section scores (Q47, V29) I hoped to see ~630, but I receive a 610. Is this correct? I know that the calculation varies from time to time, but from several...

Canadian MBA - Rotman vs McGill vs Sauder
Hi, I am very interested in doing my MBA in Canada and my short list of B-schools is the one named in the topic. I love the program of the three schools, there is something that makes each one of the Unique, however I would like to receive an additional advise if possible. For the McGill and Sauder ...

How the mock CATs include the experimental questions?
Hi, I just wanted to know how all these mock CATs around simulate the experimental questions, I mean, in theory the score in the real GMAT would be higher than on the mock CATs since the former ones do not include this kind of questions.
Thanks in advance,
FM
