Checking directly with the school is always the best policy. Also you can read their FAQ page if they have one, maybe there is a question related to your situation.

I think it depends on what do you want to do after you graduate and where do you want to work. Figure it out first and then follow the path that brings you closer to your target... good luck!

First of all, of course you can apply with 690, it's not that low. Look at the class profiles of the MBA programs, you are within the range. And you don't have to aim for the top-10.
Second, you can try retaking the test in order to improve to 700 or 710 so it'll look better.
