UvA or RSM or Maastricht Post Tue Apr 03, 2012 7:37 am
Hello.

My name is Martin and even though I am not applying for an MBA now, I want to know your opinion on my dilema. I have finished bachelor's degree from International business the last year, now I am enrolled in MSc from Finance at the same university - Comenius Uni, Bratislava, Slovakia (first year out of two).

Right now I am on an exchange in France, ESCEM Business School in Poitiers - Finance program.

However, in next september, I am going to Netherlands, so far I have been accepted to University of Amsterdam, still waiting for the rest:

1. UvA: Business Studies
2. RSM: Master in Business Information Management
3. Maastricht: Finance or I can choose a different track later.

I am trying to consider every aspect: city, university rating, program, my career.
I have some work experience, IT support in small offices and finance assistant in Telefonica company (both part time jobs).

Even though Maastricht has a good uni, I am a big city human being I guess, therefore I am looking at the former 2 choices.

What is your opinion? I would appreciate it.

Thank you

Martin

I think it depends on what do you want to do after you graduate and where do you want to work. Figure it out first and then follow the path that brings you closer to your target... good luck!
