need your advice - 2 pm or 8 am, what food, drinks
Hey guys, I'm a night owl, but can get going in the morning when neccessary. I have two options for the test - 8 am or 2 pm. Morning is hard to wake up and get good breakfast and all that; night - might get sleepy or hungry. What's your advice? Also, what do you recommend for a snack during the test...

Red Bull or Rock Star, I'm serious - in the breaks. However, they contain vitamins, so you might have to go to the bathroom. Also, try Ritalin or Adderol (anti-ADHD pills). Kids take the to concentrate at school. Adderol made me only more tired, while Ritalin made me so hyper, i couldn't concentrate...

What snacks should I take? sugary, protein? protein takes away blood to the stomack, sugar spikes up... yogurt? What liquids? Energy drinks? Gatorade? plain water? I have Kaplans (done a lot of them) and two CATs from MBA. Questions start to overlap, and I think I'm not getting challenged to the norm. Where do people find more trial tests? Thanks.
