What snacks should I take? sugary, protein? protein takes away blood to the stomack, sugar spikes up... yogurt?

What liquids? Energy drinks? Gatorade? plain water?

I have an option of 8 am or 2 pm - what's better you think? I'm not an early person, but also I'm a hungry person. Never quite awake at 8 (mentally) however always hungry around 5-6...

Thank you! Hope the q's aren't super weird...

There's been a few threads discussing this very topic. Here's one on what to eat.

Good luck!

I ate a bowl of cereal and had a cup of coffee 2 hours before the test. I know everyone recommends utilizing the breaks but I powered through and didn't take any of the optional breaks to refuel, hydrate, etc. I guess I'm impatient.
