B also uses the same subjunctive tone "suggest that". We cannot have a assertive and confirming tone when subjunctive is used. Chidcguy, is this some sort of a grammar rule? I have never come across this so far. Would you mind explaining the source of such a rule. In real world advertisin...


Has to be C. Though B is a tempting alternative, I think C stands out for the reasons cited above by Nischal&Anju
