Hey guys,

This is an odd one, or maybe not that odd at all. I decided last minute not to apply to a top-tier school due to time constraints but my information was in their system. The day after the deadline I got an email about filling out additional information but it appeared to be a mass email, so I ignored it. Then I got an email saying I had been invited to interview. A week or so later I got an email saying materials were missing from my application, recommendations and GRE scores, but no mention of essays. This school is in the top 15-20 business schools each year, great program but I never completed an application so I'm not sure how I am even eligible for an interview. Not sure what I should do because I'm sure if I showed up for an interview they'd realize I don't have any essays or a complete essay in their system!

I applied to schools using the Consortium but because there was a delay in my GRE scores they didn't send my application to the schools until mid January (after I got an interview invite) so I don't think they got my info through that plus I didn't mark the said school in my final application, only in my profile when I signed up for more information. I did tell ETS they could send my info to grad schools (and they've all been emailing me but from a recruitment stance) so I don't know if that could be it.

Any thoughts? Has this happened to someone else before?

Best,

KD
