Hello,
The GMAT is solid to good, but the GPA is pretty low. Therefore the nuances of the GPA will matter, e.g., were your grades in quant courses still good? Did it trend down or up? Such factors would have a bearing on your competitiveness.
Your work experience appears impressive and interesting, and in line with your goals, especially if you plan to leverage your experience in a rapidly evolving industry.
From the information you've provided I'd say that Cambridge and Oxford are on the border of on-par and reach (depending on the GPA situation, and you should write a short optional essay discussing this point), with LBS as a reasonable reach. These assessments assume a strong application.
