Option B has, among other flaws, a misplaced modifier at the end. The clause that Elizabeth Cady Stanton wrote is clearly intended to modify DECLARATION OF SENTIMENTS and should therefore have been placed next to it. (This reconstruction would, however, not remedy the other defects in the option.) As the option stands, the clause modifies THE SENECA FALLS WOMEN'S RIGHTS CONVENTION IN 1848: this makes no sense.
