since X3 x 3 = 2y x 9
it follow that x3=2y x 3 ( divide both sides by 3)
since x and y are between 1 and 10, it folllows that y=1(units digit has to be equal on the right hand side and left hand side)
Right hand side= 63
x=6,y=1, answer=7
