Stsmt1: (a^3)(b^2) = 36. or (a^2)(b^3) = 36 (b/a). INSUF
Stmt 2: a/b = 1/6. INSUF.
Combined: (a^2)(b^3) = 36 * (1/6) = 6. SUF
Ans C.
