ISB Placements 2023 – Average salary of 34.21 Lakhs and 1578 offers made

The Indian School of Business (ISB) is one of the premier B-schools in the country, renowned for its exceptional curriculum, world-class faculty, and outstanding placement opportunities.

This year, ISB has once again proved its mettle by securing a record-breaking number of offers from 222 recruiters who participated in the campus placement process. The ISB placements season 2023 witnessed a staggering 1578 job offers being made to the students.

Furthermore, the average salary offered to the students has surged to an all-time high of INR 34.21 Lakhs per annum, indicating a strong demand for ISB graduates in the industry. This article will delve into the details of the placement process, the top recruiters and the salaries offered, providing a comprehensive overview of the ISB placement season. During the 2022 placements at ISB, 393 recruiters visited the campus. Axis Bank, KPMG, Wipro Ltd., CK Birla Group, and many others were the major recruiters during the year. There were 2072 placement offers made to students during the year.
The average number of offers per student stood at an average of 2.2. Additionally, the students received INR 34.07 LPA as an average salary. The average 80% salary (considering the salaries of the top 80% of students) stood at INR 60 LPA, while the average salary stood at INR 32.76 LPA, and the median salary per student was INR 31 LPA.
