Hi Vishal,
I am not completely clear on your question, but I will offer some thoughts related to your plans. Actual work experience will be much more highly valued by an MBA admissions commitee than your MSc in Management degree. Make sure that this degree is a necessary step in your career plans, since you will be covering a lot of the same material when you earn your MBA. The MBA adcomm may wonder why you are pursuing a third degree, especially one with so many repetitive courses. More degrees are not necessarily better, unless they all support a unified story.

My knowledge of the HSMP is limited, but my understanding is that it can help you move to the UK. I don't see this helping you with MBA admissions unless it is part of your strategy to work in the UK before applying. Certainly this would not be a necessary step. Quality work experience will help your profile, regardless of location.
