I need some ideas about how to convince my employer to support my MBA degree. I am working for a fairly large multinational corporation. I am a senior engineer in R&D. As you can understand I like to get an MBA degree. However, my employer sounded like they are not quite interested in supporting (paying tuition) MBA for their engineers. However, the discussion is not closed yet and I feel like I can convince them to do so.
I'll really appreciate it if you help me to come up with a strong and convincing argument. Maybe you had a similar experience and you made it.
Thanks
