Can I just disable or stop these recent activities? The moving badges distracts me a lot when I m studying on BTG. Please help.. Or can you guys move this "Recent Activities section a bit below on the BTG?

I don't know what other students think of this moving activities..

Thanks for your feedback, @IWillGetMyLifeBack and @Halemani. We've heard similar feedback from a couple other members. And so we're considering moving the activity widget down.

Hi David,

Can we have a Minimize feature on the "Recent Activities" - badges widget that a user can save in his profile settings....To be honest,it really irritates when reading a long post :(

If implementing this will take time, may be as a first step -

You can have the feature added to all the pages and let it be expanded by default
Then in a later release you can add this feature in the profile settings

Hope this makes sense?

Note - I had posted this under the wrong topic - https://www.beatthegmat.com/irritating-b ... 84788.html
that I deleted....

Thanks,
krishp84

I agree with 'krishp'. It shouldnt be that hard for the developer to put a minimize button on the annoying portion of the window (portlet).

OK. We'll change it. :) You guys have convinced me that we should make it possible to minimize the widget. We'll put something up by next week.
