Why there are two places to post problem solving questions

Why there are two places to post problem solving questions - one under Gmat Math and the other specifically under PS here?

Members should be posting their PS questions in the PS forum. We're working with moderators right now to move existing PS posts in the Math forum to the correct PS/DS forums.

The GMAT Math forum should be for discussion of math concepts, not necessarily specific practice problems.

Also,you can find some problems relating to a specific concepts like Venn-Diagram,conditional probability etc.
Otherwise PS ques. are posted in the PS sub-forum only..
