A,B- Suggest that occupations are male or female, which is wrong
C has have instead of has for discrimination
D is redundant
E makes most sense

should be (D), you have to compare the male jobs with female jobs, not the male jobs with females themselves...

IMO E.
Only D and E used the correct S-V, but in D "Discrimination in wages THAT favors predominantly male occupations over those that are predominantly female ".. does not make sense.
