Hi,
While I'm fairing decently without a time on the GMAT problem solving, I'm finding out that I need to speed up my game on the questions.
Does anyone know of a place where I can get a COMPLETE guide to speeding myself to faster methods on questions? One trick I learned was that if you know the square root of 9 and the square root of 4, you know all the other square roots less than 10. Its a nifty trick especially for approximation or radical question types:
sqrt(2) = 1.4
sqrt(3) = 1.7
sqrt(4) = 2
sqrt(5) = 2.2
sqrt(6) = 2.4
sqrt(7) = 2.6
sqrt(8) = 2.8
sqrt(9) = 3
add +0.2 to anything after sqrt(4) and less than sqrt(9) and subtract -0.3 to anything before sqrt(4).
I need many many more of these. Where can I get these? Do we have a thread that lists all these types of short cuts? Online material? samples?...Please share with me and all of the rest of us!
Shortcuts, Tricks, and more...?

i think this is a nice initiative taken by piyushdabomb..
many of us who are tryin to speed up in their quant section desperately need them,,,
i would request all of the members to share their shorcuts and tricks...
thank you,
