As far as proven courses go, I'm not familiar with either of these. You may want to consider self-study up to a point, and then determine whether a course or additional tutoring is necessary.
I'd start on your own with the OG12, MGMAT SC, Powerscore CR, and a Quant review book like Kaplan or MGMAT. You'll cover a lot of ground with those first.
