Hello,
I'm struggling to decide between the BU and Babson Part-time MBA programs. I'm interested in getting into Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) jobs after graduation. I have pros and cons for both schools:
BU
Pros: Good Reputation - seems to be more known overall
International Field Seminar in Brazil - focused on Sustainability and some CSR concepts
Cons: I went to BU for undergrad (but did not major in business - I got a business minor so I'm familiar with the school of management)
It's $10,000 more than Babson
The commute would be 45 min - 1 hour
Babson
Pros: $10,000 cheaper than BU
Commute would be 20-25 min
Social Innovation Lab - seems to focus on social issues which I would think relate to CSR.
Cons: Seems much more unknown unless you study Entrepreneurship
Overall the admissions committee seems less "put-together"/organized than BU
Ultimately I'm trying to figure out if BU is truly worth the additional $10,000 and a rougher commute?
Thanks in advance for any advice/comments
