Stuck on 700

Once you are in the 700+ range I don't think studying general materials helps much. At that point I think it comes down to identifying what types of problems you are missing and working to figure them out. My recommendation would be to figure out what types of questions you have been missing and work on learning how those questions work and why you missed them.
