It is Not E because Ms. Siuzdak is talking about running a major corporation as a valuable preperation while Mr. Janeck is talking about the opinion of the voters. From her reply I dont think that anything about "opinion of the voters" went into her ears.

Reading closely.. Ms. Siuzdak is just trying to qualify that Stevenson is capable of running the government..

For all you know OA might not be actually stupid here.
Anyway we will have to see what other have to say.
