I did this slightly diff
I just used the equation -
15x + 25y = 21(x+y)
when we solve we get the ratio of y:x = 3/2
so we know they sold more sweaters than shirts

my ans was C
if u assume no of people addending the fund rasing is x and the fee per person is y
each statement gives u one quation with 2 vairable. So together u can solve the equations. (2 equations 2 vairables)

My ans is E
If x is positive and y is negative xy < 0
also if z is positive xyz <0 but z can be between x and z or it can be greater than z.
note - here u need to consider only the absolute distance.

i would also go with b since k is not divisible by any odd number greater than 1, k has to be a multiple of 2 (since it is given it is greater than 1) it cannot be D as u can have a number e.g 2^6 * 3 which will be divisible by 2^6 but it cannot be equal to 2^r as it contains an odd number. pls conf...
