next term = 15/16, at this point you should stop, we need a value greater than 1, clearly 15/16 cannot be greater than 1

hence answer is 15/8.

minimum no. of selections that we get is 10 as explained by above posters. therefore, answer is no, the minimum no. of selections cannot be less than 10. Hence the statements are sufficient.

The question says m and n are two digit NUMBERS not INTEGERS

m = 22.43, 33.45, 88.98, etc

why are you guys assuming m and n to be an integer.
