Factors, number properties

Source : grockit. If k is an integer > 1, does k=2? (1) if a and b are any 2 positive factors of k, and a <> b (not equal to), then a-b is odd. I believe "policies,which" is correct in option A if the "there" was changed "in Liberia", is that right ?

If not "which" what other pronoun would you use here?

I think may and might can be used interchangeably

But what's wrong in B is, that "under other procedures" (beause of under) seems incorrect, and parallelism is better in C.

I dont think this question is testing may vs might.

imo B the equivalency is sought for "nearly eight million people". So its a plural object with another plural object. D. "the enrollment of" would be singular C "who are enrolled in" is redundant. "equal to those enrolled in" would do fine. Between B and E I a...
