Line K's slope is positive and L's is negative. Is K's intersection point with axis-y above that of L?

Quadratic function - real numbers
p(x), q(x) are the quadratic functions. What is the set of the real numbers for which p(x)/q(x) is an integer?
1). p(2) = 0, p(3) = 0

The circle has center O and radius 50, and point P has coordinates (50,0). If point Q is on the circle, what is the length of line segment PQ? (1) The x-coordinate of point Q is -30. Exponential problem!
a+b=5, a*b is not 0, is ax^4+bx^3=a+b?
1). ax^4=a
2). bx^3=b
