I would go with E. Option E makes it clear that the electricity used for the new technology engages less fossil fuel compared to as had been the case with older technology. I felt Option B to be close too. But it talk about manufacturing the technology used and is hence a one time process. It doesn'...

Option C, D And E are from the passage itself. When a fact is already stated clearly in the passage, it can never be an inference. Option B is narrow in that it says "it is possible" and can be rightly inferred. Option A goes too far in its conclusion. Hence, option B stands out. Careful!...

Option E seems to be correct.
It implies that because middle class people joined, the organization is supposed to further the interest of middle class people. Thus is substantiates the criticism of the organization for not having spoken on behalf of the disadvantaged elderly people.

Long thread....... Just wanted to say that i found E correct and my reasons go below: I am required to find a flaw in the argument. The argument says that some species would have gone extinct anyways even without the use of technology by the humans. And here the author mentions "must be made to...

@akhilesh: Military requires its pilots to get the vaccines ("immunized shots") so that they become immune to the chemical warfare agents. The passage states that the military stopped doing this e.g. Making sure whether the pilots are taking the shots/vaccines.
Hope you got the meaning now.

I would go with option C. If chemical warfare is to increase in the near future, then military has every reason not to stop the shots. But as the passage suggests, the military has stopped the shots. hence there would be some other reason which made military take this decision. In this case, it is t...

A rising interest in Native American customs
@ironsferri: I can understand your dilemma. I went through a similar one but i wont say that i am not a fast reader. During my college days, a few of us used to compete as top how many pages you can read from a novel in a stipulated time frame. Novels have helped me in a big way. May be you can try ...

When we narrow down to options C & D, there is a marked difference between the two. The thing to note is: number of trips the seervice vehicles can make is constant. And so is the amount they carry. For going for option C, you have to make sure you know how far the present recycling centers are....

Hi, I would go with Option D. In the method used, costs, selling prices, and share of market are constant. hence the disadvantage has got to something with any of these three factors. Option D hits on the selling price and market share dependencies of the method and thus can be of the most serios di...

Hi, I would go with option C. There is no information which says whether the seige completes first and destruction follows or which says that the lower layer should contain remains from an earlier phase of time. If there were remains of pottery of type 3, and the lower layer doesn't have any such el...
