Those scores translate to percentiles. a 720 corresponds to approx 94 % ile.If 700 + scores became common, then the percentiles would dwindle. Who would be happy with a 700 + then ?

I forgot to remove a bschool's name from an app for duke . I hit myself in the foot . I didnt even copy the whole essay.I just copied a very generic and cliched line about contributing to the bschool;something that most bschool apps have in common. GPA Dilemma
Is 2.75 the passing GPA for US UG programs.I am from India and my college followed the 4.0 GPA system with 2.0 as the passing mark.So You found a lot of students having GPA between 2.0 and 3.0 too.
