Round 2(rolling admn) this year OR Round 1 next year?

Tips for people with Attention Deficit Disorder?
I need tips for reading the passage in reading comprehension. I suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder(ADD/ADHD), hence tend to skip words and lose focus every few seconds.
