Great Essay...just wish to make one point...annual survey happened 2 years back...and if its an annul survey, the author failed to consider the latest report. Maybe the rank of city L fell from 14th to quite low.

Yes need to brush up my basics.. all rusty as of now.
I scored Q 40 & V 25.
I guess need to work quite a lot on Verbal.
Maybe i will try one week self study to see my progress before giving another shot at gmatprep next sunday..
