OA is D regardless of that "they" in it, which in my opinion could refer to either power stations or journalists (little possibility but there is one). E leaves no place for confusion like that. However, it is considered wrong. Why ?! I understand THEY is not ambiguous (bit vague though)....

IMO E "His" refers to only one man - Charles Lindbergh. "His" can not only refer to a noun after it but also to a noun before it. Take this example : Bitten by his dog, Peter has been crying for hours. "His" clearly refers to Peter as there's no other noun in this sent...

1000 CR
I have encountered this massive collection of GMAT and LSAT CR questions called "1000 CR". Can anyone give qualified opinion about the extent to which these problems are useful, realistic and time-worthy. Is there a particular source or it is just a cluster? Thank you!
