No. Theres no such thing as a penalty based on the time taken to answer a question. As far as the blind guessing is concerned, i would give myself max 7-10 seconds before blind guessing. OH ONE MORE THING:
POWERSCORE BIBLE FOR CR IS THE REAL DEAL.
I dont think there can be a better CR resource than that.
ALso, practicing LSAT papers for RC and CR also improved my accuracy in CR and RC , a lot.
at first u will get killed in those test, but then u should see an improvement in accuracy.
