Linda earns $24,000 in June, July, and August. The ratio of June to the ratio of July and August is 2/3 and the ratio of July to ratio of August and June is 7/5. How much she earns in August?

Hi Stuart,
x can be 2 or 3 and in both case x is prime, and if y>7 it will give you two different answers. IMO the answer is e.
