Info from Q - x is a multiple of 6, which means x =6k and so x will definitely contain factors - 2 & 3. ||ly Y is a multiple of 14 means y will have 7 and 2 as factors. Now for xy to be a multiple of 105 there needs to be 3,5 and 7 as factors. Now as per the Q info we have 3 and 7 as factors. So...

Evidence - Govt new rule...
Tobacco comp has to pay some extra money as extra tax. Here we assume that the ONLY way to get that extra money is thru price increment of products.........This is clearly mentioned in A.
